Hey guys, how are things. Well once again I'm getting ready to do a full redesign of the website. I was going to do it sooner, but I have been caught up in several projects. Namely building the website for www.noiselandradio.com, and working on my new company site http://www.digitalelitepc.com

For those of you who haven't followed, I have started a new company centered around building, repairing, and upgrading pcs and home electronics. We are already doing quite well and have taken on some pretty cool projects. One of the features of the new site is a tech community in which we share ideas and knowledge about technology and PC's. I have already posted a handful of detailed tech tutorial videos, and done quite a few upgrades and repairs. I have worked on everything from laptops, to console gaming systems, to monitors. If you haven't signed up at the new forums r checked out the new site, I would love it if you stopped by and checked it out.

As for this site, I'm actually going to go with a more stripped down approach. I'd like to take the site down to the basics, a forum, maybe some syndicated gaming news, and a place to throw up links to the latest projects I'm working on. I'm going to drop all of the clan non-sense as we will eventually be join the Frag-in-the-Box team. Most of the game servers are being taken offline temporarily in preparation for the changes. If there are features that you really like, speak up.

Hey guys, a little update. Along with all the awesome new updates coming to RPGx, I have just started a new "local" business. Digital Elite PC will be the place to go for custom built PCs, Upgrades, and Repairs. I have already acquired the proper business licenses to run it, and purchased the domain www.digitalelitepc.com - Most of it will be run locally, but other parts will be run online. Remote assistance, online tech support, and some online orders. Most of what we will be into is repairs. I already have a backlog of work since I started letting people know just by word of mouth. Right now I'm repairing a monitor, a laptop, and will be building a media box. Another cool part about Digital Elite is I will be doing more tutorials and putting them up on the site. There will be forums, so it will be a great place to talk shop and discuss PCs and Macs.

The site should be up and running here in a few days so if you get some free time you should go check it out. Also I will be hiring part time help soon. Anyone interested in getting some work to do on the side should let me know. I will need online tech support staff, tutorial staff, hardware and software techs, and networking people. Any real experience will be considered and the jobs will pay well. Let me know if your interested.

Been a while since we had a real update I know, but there's a good reason. The RPGx team has been working in the background on a few projects and I'm happy to say that we have finally made some head-way on a good number of them. A few of our gaming products are actually finished and a few more are very close to being complete as well. Normally I would be posting all over the place about it, but I decided not to. The reason is that we have been moving towards a site overhaul for about a year now. When we did the last site update we did it in such a way that it would be compatible with future updates, so I am happy to announce that we will not lose our posts, profiles, or anything.

With the new website roll out we will also showcase our new products. I don't want to say too much, but I am really excited about the new direction we will be going with the site. I'm even more excited about the new products that we will have out there for gamers to use. The new products include Pen and Paper Supplements, Custom PC Game Mods (to be announced later), and even some digital RP tools.

All games will be set up as a 15min, Bare-bones Free-For-All Match with custom points.
All unlocked weapons are allowed, No kill-streaks, no perks, map will be active.

Points are set up this way to reward skill rather than luck. Player points will reflect KDR rather than straight kills. Players with the most points in each round will advance to the next bracket.

Lobby will be set up 10 - 15 minutes prior to match start. You will be sent two invites. 1 when the lobby has opened, and another 3 minutes prior to the start of the match. If you have not joined the lobby by the time the match has started, you will be disqualified. Be online early.
The match will be hosted by me. I will be a neutral spectator only. Game recording will be reviewed after match for accuracy. Purposeful glitching, hacking, or cheating of any kind will result in disqualification and a permanent ban from RPGx events.

Hey people. RPGx will be attending Quakecon this year. Our press registrations are in. If you would like to join RPGx at the games and register with us for tournaments, be sure to stop by the Quakecon website and sign up for a general registration. There is no sign up fee for general admission. You will not need to do anything special to gain access to the RPGx booth other than sign up for the Quakecon2011 event on the RPGx events page.

RPGx guests are encouraged to wear an RPGx TeeShirt. If you are helping to run the booth it is required (any color is fine.) RPGx guests will have an all access press pass to each event and will be allowed to take pictures for RPGx coverage.

Do you think you have what it takes to call your self the ultimate soldier? We want you to show us. This month RPGx will be hosting Balls to the Wall, a COD: Black Ops Xbox LIVE tournament in which only the toughest and most skilled player will be crowned the champion. There is no entry fee, and the matches will be judged by RPGx. Prizes will include customized online gear, signatures, and themes, as well as a grand prize to be announced. Registration open until 7/27/2011, Game schedule to be announced depending on number of participants. Sign up under Upcoming Events. First round qualifying match schedule will be announced the following week 7 days in advance of match.

We will periodically give updates in this thread about changes to the event, schedule or roster. We will also post updates on player standings and the ladder.
